Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bedside to CEO website, programs, and services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services.

2. Description of Services

Bedside to CEO provides educational content, mentorship programs, playbooks, and related resources designed to help healthcare professionals build and scale businesses. Content may include digital products, courses, live sessions, downloadable materials, and community access.

3. Purchases and Payment

3.1 Pricing and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time. When you make a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount, including any applicable taxes. You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method provided.

3.2 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, all sales of digital products and programs are final. Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds once access has been granted. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

3.3 Subscription Billing

If you purchase a subscription-based program, your payment method will be charged automatically at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access until that date.

4. Access to Playbooks and Programs

4.1 License to Access

Upon successful purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not grant you any ownership rights in the content.

4.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

4.3 Modifications and Updates

We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any program, playbook, or content at any time without prior notice. Access to live programs is time-bound and based on the schedule published at the time of purchase. Recorded content may be updated to reflect new information, and previous versions may no longer be available.

4.4 Revocation of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including if we determine that you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to access purchased content ends immediately.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

  • Share, distribute, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer access to purchased content to any third party.
  • Copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content without express written permission.
  • Use the Services to transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access.
  • Use automated systems or software to extract data from the Services (“scraping”).
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software — is the property of Bedside to CEO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices contained in the content.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content. Educational content is not a substitute for professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bedside to CEO and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
